1.⁠ ⁠Returns at the Time of Delivery Only

• Returns or exchanges are only allowed at the time of delivery and must be done in the presence of the delivery agent.

• Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Once the item is accepted, no returns or exchanges will be permitted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in the same condition as received

• Include the original packaging and all accessories

2.⁠ ⁠Refusal of Order at Delivery

• If the customer chooses to refuse the order upon delivery, shipping or delivery fees will be charged.

• If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you.
